Our buyer's wine pick of the month is Les Sinards Chateauneuf de Pape Tradition Perrin:
For the most part Les Sinards is made from the young vines at Beaucastel and a neighbouring vineyard Famille Perrin farm. Mostly Grenache, this is a classic Châteauneuf du Pape that's bound to impress you.
Deep ruby in colour, with a nose that combines intense black and red fruits with spices and pepper, it tastes fresh and soft with refined tannins and it has a beautiful cherry finish that makes it stand out no matter what wine you put against it.
Drink with game, truffles and mushrooms.
