Wild IPA is a mixed fermentation IPA, fermented with Wild Beer Co's unique three yeast blend which provides the beer with a level of acidity that cuts through rich food and a complimentary pink grapefruit hop note from the Talus hops.

Wild IPA is deliciously balanced with a dry finish and a low but moreish bitterness.

Every step of the recipe development has considered the relationship with food, which has been extensively tested on many different cuisines. No other beer pairs with food quite like Wild IPA!
