A new medium-dry craft cider made exclusively from single estate apples from Herefordshire. Juiced from 100% freshly pressed apple juice, using the classic cider apple varieties of Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Harry Masters, Jersey and Michelin. Golden in colour, it has a hint of sharpness balanced with a touch of sweetness.
