Navas Garden Tonic

Highly versatile, Garden Tonic works brilliantly with classic juniper-forward gins, more earthy, spicy and smokey spirits such as Mezcal, and is also excellent to lengthen a refreshing, summer cocktail. A herbaceous tonic made from 100% Cornish Spring Water, it has subtle aromas of pine, wood and sweet earthy notes from rosemary & thyme. These combined with layers of citrus and Neroli, create a bright, refreshing and well-balanced tonic. Crafted with the aim of enhancing, not overpowering, Navas carefully experiment with recipes to develop mixers that are as considered as the spirit. Provenance, sustainability and supporting local is everything to Navas. For each bottle sold, they give 2% to support the Eden Projects conservation objectives and they are proud to be part of 1% for the planet pledge.
