Mirabeau & Fever-Tree Rose Spritz

A long lunch between British founders Tim, from Fever-Tree, and Stephen, from Mirabeau, quickly transformed into a collaborative project to create a rosé-based spritz and make the perfect lighter drink for any lively occasion, out or at home. After many blending sessions the result is refreshingly aromatic, with a clearly discernible rosé wine base, enhanced by the natural fruit and floral aromas of the delicious Fever-Tree soda.

This playful spritz, created in the South of France, is made by blending two thirds Mirabeau IGP Rosé with one third Fever-Tree Raspberry and Orange Blossom Soda. The liquid is then carbonised to be served over ice.

A delicate nose with hints of red fruits and floral blossom. On the palate, lightly effervescent with bright flavours of ripe raspberry, delicate notes of orange blossom and balanced with pink grapefruit to finish. Light & fruity, crisp & sparkling – perfect for easy summer drinking.
