Grape info: One of the many native varieties permitted in the production of Vinho Verde, Loureiro is characteristically floral, with notes of acacia blossom, laurel, orange and linden.
About: Founded in 1983, Cazal Ventozela is a family-run winery, dedicated to the production of Vinho Verde. Using traditional grape varieties, they strive to producing wines truly expressive of their unique terroir.
Aged for four months in contact with the lees, to add texture and weigh to its natural aromatics.
Tasting Note: Aromas of fresh apple with floral notes of orange blossom and elderflower. Almost ethereally light on the palate with notes of citrus and acacia, a slight spritz and refreshing acidity.
