A well-renowned family-owned winery, based in the stunningly beautiful Marlborough region of New Zealand. Nautilus Estate began making wines in 1985 and aim to craft delicious, food-friendly wines from the clean, cool and diverse valleys of Marlborough.

In January 2004, Nautilus Estate purchased its fourth vineyard, located less than a five-minute drive from the winery on the north bank of the Wairau River at Kaituna. Although close to their Opawa and Renwick vineyards, the site is cooler and the team expect a later harvest. The flavours and aromas are quite different from the south side of the river, yielding a different blending component for their Sauvignon Blanc, delivering another layer of complexity in the finished wines.

With aromas of fresh gooseberries, passionfruit and hints of fresh sweet herbs, Kaituna Vinyard Sauvignon Blanc has a refreshing and intense palate with crisp citrus and passionfruit flavours.
